How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent provider in our network. Blockpleasure Pest Control does not do the work, so there is no crew of ours to meet. This page names no staff for that reason. Think of Blockpleasure Pest Control as the front door. The provider is the one who walks in.
Depending on the provider, you may reach someone directly or leave a request for a callback. Call hours vary by provider.
What Happens on the Call
Expect a short, practical chat. Here is the usual flow:
- You describe what you saw, where you saw it and when it started.
- The provider asks follow-up questions. Pets, children and the age of the home often come up.
- The provider explains the likely cause and your options.
- You talk through timing. Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies.
- The provider may suggest an inspection or give a written quote.
Request a callback to check provider availability. Have a few details ready. Photos help, such as droppings, bites, damage or entry holes.
What to Ask a Provider
Good questions save time and money. Try these:
- Are you licensed and insured for this work in my state?
- What pest or animal do you think this is, and why?
- What are my options, and what do you suggest first?
- What will it cost? Can I have that in writing?
- Is the treatment safe around kids and pets?
- Do I need to leave the home or prepare rooms?
- How many visits will it take?
- What happens if the problem comes back?
For termites or wildlife, ask what repairs or sealing the quote includes. Older homes with stone or block foundations often have hidden gaps.
You Are in Control
Nothing here locks you in. There is no obligation to hire any provider. You can ask for a second quote. You can say no. You can take a day to think. If a provider pressures you, that is not the right match. Tell us at contact@blockpleasure.garden.
Plan around life. Pick the visit time that suits your household.
If pests or animals caused damage, some policies may cover sudden damage. Check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
